About us

We are a fast-moving AI startup building ambitious products at the intersection of web applications and modern AI. We are creating a next-generation personalization experience that seamlessly enhances everyday life. Our mission is to deliver truly magical, meaningful interactions through the services consumers already know and trust — products that impress people from the moment they start using them, through a seamless and intuitive design.

We are well funded and backed by a top-tier Silicon Valley venture capital firm and prominent angels from Anthropic, Google DeepMind, NVIDIA/ARM and Oracle AI.

We are led by two seasoned Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and executives who have scaled startups from inception to IPO, led successful exits to Fortune 500 companies, and tripled the valuation of publicly traded firms in record time.

We are seeking a Vice President of Product Management who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and holds a high bar for product craft. You will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for a platform at the intersection of web applications and modern AI, bringing strong instincts around magical consumer experiences, performance, reliability, usability, and long-term platform leverage.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has built and scaled products in early stage or high growth environments and is ready to tackle genuinely hard infrastructure challenges. You will translate ambiguity into clear direction, prioritize ruthlessly, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes that matter.

We value initiative over process, learning over perfection, and collaboration over hierarchy. The environment is dynamic and constantly evolving, and that is part of the opportunity. You will lead product decisions, influence system architecture, and help define the product culture from the ground up.

About the role

  • You will be the founding product leader, partnering closely with the founders, engineering, and design to define and develop our core product and platform.
  • You will own the product vision, set the roadmap, and stay deep in the details with engineering every day to ensure what ships is fast, reliable, and elegantly designed.
  • This is a true 0→1 role. You will operate with a strong sense of ownership, sharp product judgment, and pragmatism — choosing not just what to build, but what not to build, when to ship, and when to keep iterating.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end product strategy, design, and roadmap for our core product and platform, from earliest concepts through launch and iteration.
  • Build and scale products from 0→1 — define MVPs, run rapid experiments, find product-market fit, and lay the foundation that scales.
  • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering daily — sit in code reviews, design docs, and stand-ups; review specs, prototype with the team, and stay deep in the technical details.
  • Set and protect a high bar for shipping speed and quality — define release cadence, ruthlessly prioritize, kill scope when needed, and make sure every release lands reliably.
  • Translate product vision into clear, opinionated PRDs, prototypes, and acceptance criteria that engineering can execute against without ambiguity.
  • Drive the enterprise sales motion alongside founders — shape the GTM narrative, lead discovery with prospective enterprise buyers, and turn customer signal into product direction.
  • Build the bridge between consumer product instincts and enterprise buyer needs — design products consumers love that enterprises will pay for at scale.
  • Establish lightweight product process — feedback loops, experiment frameworks, success metrics — without slowing the team down.
  • Hire and grow the product organization as the company scales, starting with you as the first PM.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of product management experience, including senior or executive PM leadership at high-growth product companies.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling products from 0→1 — you have taken at least one product from blank page to meaningful traction (revenue, users, or both).
  • Deeply hands-on operator: you write specs, sit in engineering standups, jump into Figma, and roll up your sleeves; you do not lead from a dashboard.
  • You fully leverage AI tools in everything you do and operate with a high level of efficiency, with strong familiarity using tools like Claude Code as a core part of your day-to-day.
  • Obsession with shipping — strong instinct for when to ship vs. polish further, a history of making hard scope calls, and a track record of shipping fast without compromising quality or reliability.
  • Strong technical fluency — you can have substantive architectural conversations with senior engineers, understand AI/ML system tradeoffs, and earn engineering's trust through depth, not titles.
  • Excellent product taste and craft — opinions about UX, performance, copy, and the small details that make a product feel magical.
  • Comfort thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments with minimal structure — you create the structure you need.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to align founders, engineers, designers, and customers around a shared vision.
  • BA/BS required; technical degree or equivalent technical background strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with consumer products and selling to enterprise clients (B2B2C, prosumer, or land-and-expand motions) — strongly preferred.
  • Prior product leadership at an early-stage startup, ideally as the founding or first PM hire.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered consumer products.
  • Experience working with privacy-sensitive or regulated data.
  • Engineering or design background in addition to product experience.
