Information you provide to us. Personal information you may provide to us includes:

• Contact data, such as your first and last name, alias, salutation, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
  

• Demographic data, such as your city, state, country of residence, postal code, gender, physical characteristics and age.
  

• Profile data, such as account name, the username and password that you may set to establish an online account on the Service, biographical details, health information, allergies, avatar, photograph or picture, date of birth, interests, preferences, and any other information that you add to your account profile.
  

• Vault data, such as the personal preferences, interests, habits, and other information you curate in the Nenu Vault for the purpose of receiving personalized responses and recommendations from your connected AI assistant. You own and control the content of your Vault.
  

• Communications data based on our exchanges with you, including your dialogue with Nenu, and when you communicate with us via email, phone, social media, or otherwise. We retain the content, timestamp and other data of these communications.
  

• Marketing data, such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your engagement with them.
  

• User-generated content data, such as your comments, questions, file uploads, and other content or information that you generate, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Service, including associated metadata. Metadata includes information on how, when, where and by whom a piece of content was collected and how that content has been formatted or edited. Metadata also includes information that users can add or can have added to their content, such as keywords, geographical or location information, and other similar data.
  

• Sensitive personal information that you provide to us including mental or physical health condition, diagnosis, history, treatment or other health data, such as pregnancy and reproductive health; your precise location; and account login information.

• Other data not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
  

Data about others. We may offer features that help users invite their contacts to use the Service, and we may collect contact details about these invitees so we can deliver their invitations. Please do not refer someone to us or share their contact details with us unless you have their permission to do so.

Third-party sources. We may combine personal information we receive from you with personal information of the kinds identified above that we obtain from other sources, such as:

• Public sources, such as credit bureaus, government agencies, public records, publicly accessible social media profiles, and other publicly available sources,
  

• Data providers, such as information services, data licensors/brokers, lead generators and cooperative databases
  

• Service providers that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service or our business.
  

• Partners, such as health data platforms, financial services platforms, joint marketing partners, and event co-sponsors.

Automatic data collection. We and our service providers and partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with the Service, our communications and other online services, such as device data, location data, communication interaction data, and online activity data, as further described below.

• Device data, such as your computer or mobile device's operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
  

• Location data, which may be approximate (for example, as inferred from network data or device settings) or precise (if and when you authorize the Service to access your device's location).
  

• Communication interaction data such as your interactions with our email, text, chat or other communications (e.g., whether you open and/or forward emails) – we may do this through use of pixel tags (which are also known as clear GIFs), which may be embedded invisibly in our emails enabling us to detect if you have opened or forwarded a message.
  

• Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, search history, how long you spent on a page or screen, the website you visited before browsing to the Service, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times and duration of access, and whether you have opened our emails or clicked links within them.This does not include the content of webpages you visit while our browser extension is active; see "Frontier AI model integrations" below for what the browser extension does and does not collect.
  

• Cookies, which are small text files that websites store on user devices and that allow web servers to record users’ web browsing activities and remember their submissions, preferences, credentials, and login status as they navigate a site. Cookies used on our sites include both “session cookies” that are deleted when a web browser session ends, “persistent cookies” that remain longer, “first party” cookies that we place and “third party” cookies that our service providers and other third parties place.
  

• Local storage technologies, like HTML5, that provide cookie-equivalent functionality but can store larger amounts of data on your device outside of your browser in connection with specific applications.
  

• Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, which are used to demonstrate that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed, clicked or forwarded.
  

• Session-replay technologies, such as those provided by third parties that employ software code to record users’ interactions with the Services in a manner that allows us to watch video replays of those user sessions. The replays include users’ clicks, mobile app touches, mouse movements and scrolls during those sessions. These replays help us diagnose usability problems and identify areas for improvement.
  

We may use your personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described at the time of collection

Service delivery and operations. We may use your personal information to:

• to provide and operate the Service (including to deliver Vault data to your connected AI assistant through an MCP connector or the browser extension so that assistant can generate a personalized response, as described further under "Frontier AI model integrations" below)

For the technical operation, functionality, and analytics purposes served by cookies and similar technologies, as described in the current Privacy Policy.

We do not use the content of your Vault to train our AI models. Where we useaggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data for AI training or research anddevelopment purposes, that data is derived only from non-Vault usage and analyticsdata, is processed so that it does not identify you or any other individual, and is neverre-identified for this purpose

We may share your personal information with the following parties and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, in other applicable notices, or at the time of collection.

Service providers. Third parties that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service or our business (such as hosting, internet service providers, information technology, customer support, online chat functionality providers, frontier AI model providers as described under "Frontier AI model integrations" below, email delivery, marketing, consumer research and website/data analytics).

Third parties designated by you. We may share your personal information with third parties where you have instructed us or provided your consent to do so. Where you activate an MCP connector or our browser extension, your activation constitutes your instruction to us to share the relevant Vault data with the frontier AI model provider powering your connected AI assistant, on the terms described under "Frontier AI model integrations" below.

Linked third-party services. If you log into the Service with, or otherwise link your Service account to, a social media or other third-party service, we may share your personal information with that third-party service. The third party's use of the shared information will be governed by its privacy policy and the settings associated with your account on the third-party service.

Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

Authorities and others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties in litigation, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the Compliance and protection purposes described above.

Corporate transactions. We may disclose personal information in the context of actual or prospective business transactions (e.g., investments in Nenu, financing of Nenu, public stock offerings, the sale, transfer or merger of all or part of our business, assets or shares, liquidation or reorganization). For example, we may need to share certain personal information with prospective counterparties and their advisers. We may disclose your personal information to an acquirer, successor, or assignee of Nenu or a portion of our business assets as part of any
merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, and/or in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which personal information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to verify that the parties with whom our mobile application shares personal information provide a level of protection of personal information consistent with the practices described in this Privacy Policy, except that all such parties described above other than service providers may, to the extent permitted by law, use personal information as described in their own privacy policies.

Nenu offers integrations, including MCP connectors and our browser extension (together, "AI Assistant Integrations"), that allow you to receive personalized responses and recommendations from a third-party frontier AI model (for example, the model powering an assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini that you have chosen to connect) based on the preferences you have curated in your Vault.

What we share and when. When you use an AI Assistant Integration, the frontier model provider queries Nenu on a per-session, on-demand basis for the Vault data relevant to your request, and Nenu shares that data with the provider solely to generate your personalized response. We instruct these providers not to store or retain your Vault data beyond that session.

Role of the browser extension. Our browser extension does not independently collect the content of the webpages you visit, your browsing history, or form data you enter on third-party sites. It functions as a delivery channel for the same Vault-sharing mechanism described above: it may request browser permissions reasonably necessary to identify the context in which you are requesting a personalized response, solely in order to trigger delivery of the relevant Vault data to your connected AI assistant.

Responsibility for the AI assistant's output. Once your Vault data is transmitted to a frontier model provider, the personalized response or recommendation you receive is generated by that provider, not by Nenu. Nenu does not control, and is not responsible for, the provider's processing of your data or the accuracy of the response you receive from your connected AI assistant.

Uninstalling the browser extension. Uninstalling the extension does not delete your Vault, which remains accessible through the Nenu website, web application, and MCP connectors unless you separately delete it.

In this section, we describe the choices available to you, including how to access or update your information, opt out of communications, manage mobile location data and cookies, and understand our use of aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data for training our AI models, as further described in the current Privacy Policy. You may also disable a specific AI Assistant Integration at any time by disconnecting the relevant MCP connector or uninstalling the browser extension, which will stop further Vault data from being shared with the applicable frontier model provider going forward.

The Service may contain links to websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. In addition, our content may be integrated into web pages or other online services that are not associated with us. These links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control websites, mobile applications or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites, mobile applications and online services you use, including the privacy policy of any third-party AI assistant you connect to an AI Assistant Integration.

We employ technical, organizational and physical safeguards that are designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, security risk is inherent in all Internet and information technologies, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

The Company utilizes Amazon Web Services ("AWS") as a subprocessor to provide cloud infrastructure, hosting, storage, and related services necessary to operate its platform. AWS may process, store, and transmit customer data, including data uploaded or generated through use of the platform, solely for the purpose of delivering these services.

AWS is contractually obligated to implement and maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data. Where applicable, AWS supports compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including SOC 2 and HIPAA, and enters into Business Associate Agreements ("BAA") for services that may involve Protected Health Information ("PHI"). The Company maintains a Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") and, where applicable, a BAA with its customers, which governs the use of subprocessors such as AWS and ensures that all subprocessors are subject to appropriate data protection and security obligations. Frontier AI model providers accessed through an AI Assistant Integration act as independent recipients of the Vault data shared with them for the duration of a session, and are not Nenu subprocessors under Nenu's DPA unless and until Nenu enters into a separate data processing arrangement with the applicable provider.

Each Frontier AI model provider has agreed to either (a) contractual and/or technicalzero-data-retention commitment covering Vault data shared through this integration, or(b) where such provider has not provided an independently verified non-retentioncommitment; our instruction not to retain Vault data is currently a request that is notindependently enforced by Nenu.

We are headquartered in the United States and may use service providers that operate in other countries. Your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country. This includes Vault data shared with frontier AI model providers through an AI Assistant Integration, which may process that data in the United States or other countries in which they operate.

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor from whom you believe we have collected personal information, or if information was provided on your behalf when you were under 18, please contact us (legal@nenu.co). If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Service from a child without the consent of the child's parent or guardian as required by law, we will comply with applicable legal requirements to delete the information

The "LAST UPDATED" legend at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date. Depending on the kind of change we make, we may also notify you directly or ask for your consent to the change. Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our posting the modified version or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting.
